Kritzler+Link is a Sydney-based interior design studio specialising in high-end Residential, Hospitality and Commercial design. Established by principals Sonja Kritzler and Chanelle Link - Each of whom bring unique and varied design experience to the practice. This partnership offers clients a breadth of knowledge and aesthetic individualism, delivering thoughtfully considered and compelling design to each and every project.
PRINCIPAL
Sonja Kritzler
Winner of the Design Institute of Australia’s GOTYA award (Graduate of the year NSW/ACT), Sonja graduated from the Design Centre Enmore. From here, Sonja established her own Interior Design practice in 2012 – Sonja Kritzler Design. Operating in Sydney, Sonja Kritzler Design specialized in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial design.

To her repeat clientele, Sonja is known for her ability to create spaces that infuse beauty, longevity and functionality. Sonja values building lasting professional relationships through placing the needs of the client at the centre of each project. Sonja believes in finding inspiration from a variety of a sources – both current and historical - looking to art, music, literature. Design is about storytelling, and pulling from a depth of resources which allows spaces to adopt both individuality and a sense of time and place. Materiality drives Sonja’s design intent on all of her projects – focusing on a thoughtfulness of architectural details, finishes selections and furnishings – ensuring beauty and definition within each space she creates.

Chanelle Link
Upon graduating from the Design Centre Enmore, Chanelle was offered a position with world-renowned Interior Design firm, Meyer Davis Studio in New York City. As Design Director for Meyer Davis, Chanelle was responsible for establishing the design of a project from conception, working closely alongside the Principals - imbuing each project with bespoke attention to detail, individually tailored to each client brief, ensuring that the end result mirrored that of the original vision.

Chanelle had the opportunity to lead a broad range of high-end residential and hospitality projects, both throughout the US and abroad. With a focus on luxury hotel design, Chanelle has worked with some of the globe’s leading hotel brands, such as Crown Sydney, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Auberge Resorts Collection, W Hotels, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and Dream Hotels. After making the move to Los Angeles to co-run Meyer Davis Studio LA and direct a significant team of talented designers, Chanelle lead the designs of inspiring homes in some of the city’s most notable neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, and Malibu – bringing the hotel experience to that of the residential. After almost a decade in the States, Chanelle has returned to Australia, bringing with her these years of international experience, to setup Kritzler+Link with business partner, Sonja Kritzler – creating a unique offering for the Australian residential, hospitality and commercial market.
